Français 3: 5 sentences to translate and explain the reason for the tense: Using the set of sentences that I gave out today (first one starts with a sentence with the verb éternuer [to sneeze]), work with sentences number 1, 2, 3, __, 5, & 6 (NOT number 4). TRANSLATE the sentence (carefully! be careful how you word the translation of the tense!). THEN, also, tell the reason that the tense was used, using wording from the pages I gave out today on when the P.C. is used, and when the Imparfait is used (do not just write the number of the reason, use wording from the page; also, remember that we have only looked at SOME of the reasons on those two sheets so far... restrict yourself to those reasons [on the P.C. sheet, that would be numbers 1, 2, 3, &4 ; on the imparfait sheet, that would be numbers 3, 4, 6, & 7]). If more than one reason works, just use one... as long as your reason is one that works, that is fine.
Français 4: Testing is over! Now, you all just need to be working on your projects (another test grade). Everyone needs to be ready to turn in their slide show and a COPY of their script, and be ready to present, on Thursday. I will draw names randomly that day, to begin presentations.
