• Read the action it says that the person is doing, and then figure out which special expression with "faire" forms, is needed, to tell what they must be doing (paying attention? taking a trip? playing a sport game? taking a walk? making a pizza?).
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
• RE-write the French sentence that they give. TRANSLATE THAT into English.
• Then, write the NEW special "faire" expression that you need... and then TRANSLATE THAT into English, too.
• NOTE! #2 "Nous sommes en ville" means "we are in town [or in a city]" ; #7 uses the work "le parc", and that means "the park"
EX:
So... if it said, "Elle visite Paris." the most logical "faire" expression would be, "she is taking a trip"... so you'd write, "Elle fait un voyage."
You write out:
Elle visite Paris. (= She is visiting Paris.)
Elle fait un voyage. (= she is taking a trip.)
Français 3: Pick any 10 of the medieval vocab words that we HAVE ALREADY gone over. Use each one in a context-clear, franglais sentence (so... make is relate very clearly to the meaning of the vocab word, and you can use English for everything but the article+ noun of the "target" word).
• Underline or highlight the "target" word
• Use a FRENCH article!! and then DON'T use an English one, since you have a French one!
• Translate the "target word", in parentheses, at the end
EX:
I love to drink mon café with lots of cream! (my coffee)
Français 4: Pas de devoir!
